Back in 2018, Michael openeda restaurant, making much-beloved local specialties andauthentic Tze-char dishes.
Over the years, the restaurantcontinued to attract more andmore loyal customers. It grewso quickly that the restaurantwas almost overwhelmed attimes.
One day, an interestingenquiry appeared. A customerasked if they sold theirdelicious sauces, so she couldmake them from home asoften as she wanted.
Inspired, Michael went to work.He took their existing recipeand started experimenting,coming up with delicioussauces that could be sold tothe customers.
